In the unlikely event that food items and other edible commodities are damaged in transit, or contain manufacturing defects, you must contact Chocolate Man within 10 days of your receipt of the items in question at 1-206-365-2025 or email orders@chocolateman.net. Shipping damage and manufacturing defect claims for Chocolate Man food items or other edible commodities are handled by Service Representatives on a case by case basis. Please have your original shipping invoice ready when you call because it lists your account number along with other important customer information. Thank you.
